Fully stocked for a beach-ready getaway with chairs, towels, a cooler, and boogie boards. Note: Located by the airport 5 mnt drive and Marriott, some noise is expected despite soundproof windows. The space Unit has 3 bedrooms ( 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed with twin pullout ) 2 bathrooms, large Living room area with 65” inch a smart TV, kitchen and dinning are open space concept, all the unit has AC and soundproof windows. Spacious 1,900 square feet recently renovated unit with extravagant rainfall shower in master bath. The balcony has amazing views of the city and mountains, with plenty of sitting space for the whole family to enjoy. Right next to us is the Marriott hotel and Casino, very nice restaurant options on the beach and short drive to Pinones road, where you can feel the Puertorrican culture all around, music and authentic food. Unit is 5 minutes from the SJU international Airport. Noise due to the planes is common. Guest access The unit has 1 parking space, assigned parallel parking in building basement. Very important parking tag and access items provided must be returned before checkout a $250 fine will be applied to replace if parking tag is lost or not returned. Other things to note This unit is conveniently located next to the airport and the Marriott Hotel & Casino. While this offers great accessibility, some noise from the surrounding area is to be expected. Soundproof windows have been installed and significantly reduce noise levels, but if you’re a very light sleeper, this unit may not be ideal. The building does NOT HAVE A POOL!!! Please note: the unit has low windows that open without safety rails. For this reason, we do not recommend it for families with small children. Puerto Rico occasionally experiences power outages due to a fragile electrical infrastructure. These outages are typically resolved within a few hours. The building is equipped with a generator that powers common areas and elevators. However, due to local building regulations, generators cannot supply electricity directly to the apartments. For your convenience, the unit is equipped with battery-powered lamps in each room.
