The home is stocked with indoor and outdoor activities. Fun and games for all ages; children & adults alike. The home is the ultimate vacation spot for those seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Our saltwater pool is heated for year-round enjoyment and is the perfect place to bask in the Florida sunshine. Saltwater pools use a chlorine generator to produce chlorine from the salt in the water, which means that the chlorine levels are much lower than in traditional chlorine pools. This can be beneficial for people with sensitive skin or allergies. The salt in the water gives it a softer feel, which can be more pleasant and less irritating to the skin and eyes. The home is fully equipped with all the amenities you require for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, plush beds, and a spacious living area. Please feel free & do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns. Guest access This is a self check-in/check-out property. You will have exclusive use of the entire home. No other guests or people will be present during your stay. Ample parking, 2 car driveway and free street parking. Parking is no issue! The driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. Additional street parking is allowed and free! Please see House rules for further details. Other things to note The home is set up to accommodate up to 10-14 guests. Depending on the composition of Adults to children. Please feel free to reach out and inquire about larger party sizes and I would be happy to advise prior to confirming your booking. ------------------------------------------ FAQ - What are the sleeping arrangements? ------------------------------------------ To maximize comfort, privacy, and personal space, I would recommend a maximum of 8 adults with 4 to 6 children, or up to 10 adults with no children. Sleeping arrangements would best be suited with 2 adults in each of the 3 private bedrooms (6 adults). Additionally the home has an "actual queen" size sofa bed off of the living room for an additional two adults. This brings us to a total of 8 adults. For 4 to 6 children, they can have their own space in the living room and be together, much like a sleep over, slumber party style setup! The home has an extremely comfortable "L" shaped sofa in the living room that could sleep 2-3 children depending on age and size. Additionally we will provide another "actual queen" size, high quality, air mattress which could also sleep 2-3 children next to the sofa. The air mattress fits nicely within the "L" Shaped sofa and makes for a great blanket fort when combined together! If your reservation has no children, you could comfortably put the additional 2 adults in the living room (for a total of 10 adults) with their choice of sleeping on the sofa or the air mattress. The home is more than equipped to provide enough supplies, pillows, blankets, linens, towels, and kitchenware (Plates, cups, silverware...etc.) for up to 14 guests. ------------------------------------------ - HOUSE RULES - No pets or animals allowed. _______________________ SMOKING & TOBACCO USE: Absolutely no tobacco (Including chewing tobacco or dip) smoking, or vaping inside the home of any kind! Tobacco & Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only, ashtrays are provided for your convenience. Do not throw cigarette butts in the yard or neighbors yard. You will be charged an additional $600 cleaning fee if any scents of smoke are within the house or $100 for clean up of cigarette butts left behind and not discarded. ------------ PARKING: The driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. Do not block the sidewalk with your vehicle, and be sure to pull all the way in! Do not park on any grass. Street parking is allowed and free, please ensure there is enough room to allow emergency vehicles room to get by and do not block anyone's driveway. Depending on what side of the street you park on, make sure to park facing the correct direction as traffic flows. (Don't park facing oncoming traffic in opposite lane) Failure to comply with any of the above may result in your car being ticketed or towed by the city at your expense. ----------------------- TRASH & RECYCLE: Trash: (Goes to curb Monday & Thursday night) Pickup on Tuesday & Friday morning. ****The wheels of the trash can must be against the curb or they will not pick up the trash. **** Recycle: (Goes to curb Thursday night) - Pick up on Friday morning - Yellow Recycle Bins: Cardboard & Paper - Blue Recycle Bins: Plastic, aluminum, glass. (Bottles & Cans) ---------------- FIRE PIT: Guest may use the wood burning fire pit provided the following rules are followed: 1) All minors must be accompanied by an adult. 2) Familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers located through out the home. 3) Do not burn anything other than wood! 4) Only burn a responsible amount of wood . 5) Do not allow the flame to grow over 2-3 feet high. 6) If it is extremely windy and embers are flying around, put the fire out! 7) Ensure the fire is fully extinguished prior to retiring for the night. ------------------------------------------ NO SHOES INSIDE THE HOME - SLIPPERS ARE PROVIDED: We work very hard to provide our guests with an extremely clean home with enhanced COVID cleaning protocols, sanitization, and disinfectant in-between each booking. We kindly ask that all guests remove their shoes prior to entering the home. Indoor spa slippers are provided for your use. ------------------------------------------ NOISE/NEIGHBORS/POLICE: While we encourage our guests to have a good time (legally of course), please be mindful of the neighbors and how much noise you make. Especially on weekdays. The neighbors are aware the property operates as an AIR B&B. We have provided them with your host phone number and asked them to reach out directly if they have any issues prior to calling the police or causing problems. Please do not allow your host to receive that phone call from the neighbors. We have zero tolerance for the police being called out to the property. If this happens you will be asked to leave the property and no refund will be provided. Please note local county ordinance states that the hours of 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. are quiet time. Please enjoy yourself with out bothering the neighbors! ------------------------------------------ RESERVATIONS/CHANGES/NUMBER OF GUEST: You are welcome to bring friends and family to the home, however only the number of guests listed on your reservation request will be allowed to sleep in the home overnight. If your number of guests changes, please update your reservation through the Air B&B app. You must notify your host in advanced of bringing at animals into the property. If you need to shorten or extend your stay, please submit a reservation alteration as soon as possible. Most of the time we can accommodate the change with advanced notice, but if another guest is booked right after you, we can not cancel their reservation to give you extra days. ------------------------------------------ SECURITY: To help secure the home, and for the safety of our guests and their vehicles, the home is equipped with an outward facing ring doorbell camera which covers the front entrance, and an additional ring camera covering entry points of the home from the back yard. No cameras are located or monitoring the inside of the home or private areas. Pressing the doorbell button will ring the phone of your Host and will not chime inside the home. If your family locked you out, please knock on the door. ---------------------------- PROPERTY ADDRESS: For the safety of current and future guests, the address to the property will be released to you after your booking has been confirmed AND the cancellation period has expired. ------------------------------- ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS: Each guest will receive their own unique front door access code on the day of check in shortly before your arrival time, and is pre-programmed to expire on the day and time of check out. If you need to extend your stay please provide as much notice as possible to ensure you are not locked out of the home. ------------------------------------------ BROKEN ITEMS / PROPERTY PRESERVATION: We understand accidents happen, if you break something in the home please promptly notify your host so we can get the item replaced prior to our next guests arrival. Please notify your host if you come across anything "wrong" with the home such as water leaks, broken windows, signs of forced entry, or suspicious activity. ------------------------------------------ PRIVATE / RESTRICTED / LOCKED CLOSETS: There are two locations in the home that are under separate lock and key for storage and supplies. Please do not tamper with or break the locks in attempt to gain unauthorized access to these areas.
