Coco is the place to be if you want to enjoy peaceful surroundings on one of the most exclusive roads in Nice. It’s a real tonic for those who want the hustle and bustle of the city within walking distance but want to be in a quieter more local area. The space Apartment size: 80sqm There is one kingsize bedroom and one double bedroom. Both have air conditioning, stunning views over Mont Boron and plenty of storage space. There are two bathrooms. One has a shower cubicle, toilet, vanity sink and bidet. The second has a shower cubicle, vanity unit and its own toilet. The large open plan living area has a white leather sofa, 32" LCD TV (French channels) with DVD player and air conditioning. Internet is provided free of charge (Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the disruption of internet access caused by internet providers) The stylish and spacious beech kitchen is well equipped with a built in electric hob, combination oven/ grill, extractor fan, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle. There is a glass breakfast bar to enjoy breakfast or a cocktail in the evening. Enjoy eating in this fabulous open plan room with a view. There is a dining table for four people and the patio doors lead out onto the large balcony that extends around two sides of the apartment with sea views and bistro table and four chairs, sofa and coffee table.
