It has a total area of 35m2, including: - terrace, with extendable clothesline, table and chairs. - fully equipped kitchenette (2-burner induction stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, mini-oven and assorted kitchenware). - Room: brand new 1.50 cm bed, built-in closet with safe for your travel documents and small valuables, TV, two relaxing armchairs, folding dining table, and split hot-cold air conditioning - Bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink. Included in the price (no extra charge): Linens (sheets and bath and beach towels), use of air conditioning and internet access. A beach umbrella and board games are also available. Guest access The apartment is located in a tourist complex with large gardens, where you can enjoy its 3 swimming pools (one of them for children), gym equipment for adults, children's playground, restaurant and a small mini-market. Other things to note We prepare the apartment for each guest with care and attention, cleaning and disinfecting everything thoroughly and making sure that you only have to arrive and leave your luggage to start enjoying your vacation.
