You will be staying in our Alsatian half-timbered house, in southern Alsace, in the heart of the Mulhouse – Basel – Belfort triangle. The house is just a short walk from the forest, on hiking and mountain biking trails. Also nearby, the bike path is 50 m away. You will also appreciate this 150 m² accommodation for its comfort and calm (warm and sober decoration, natural solid wood flooring). The space The apartment is located on the floor of our home. You have a separate entrance and private parking. You can relax in 3 different LIVING ROOMS... In the entrance: Two benches with cushions will allow you to consult our various tourist documents in peace. (Documents on Alsace, Sundgau, Switzerland, Germany...) Books and board games The large living room: The main living room, very bright, with a large skylight on the east side, sunrise, and a large skylight with 6 windows facing south west, sunset. It is open to the dining area and American kitchen The mezzanine TV lounge: A third lounge area is located on the top floor of our cottage, on the mezzanine, with the TV area (TNT, DVD, etc.) KITCHEN: A very well-equipped open-plan kitchen (electric cooktop, traditional ovens and microwave, dishwasher, fridge – freezer...) Small appliances (kettle, coffee maker, toaster...) It is open to the main living room and can accommodate up to 9 guests. Baby chair available. BEDROOMS: The apartment has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 3 people each. Two of the three bedrooms have an adjoining shower room. We can adjust the composition of our beds (you can be at most for example 3 couples and 3 children but also 8 "single" people!The composition of the bedding is flexible) Chocolate Room: An ecru and... chocolate universe that can accommodate 3 people. 2 beds of 80 x 190 with possibility to couple the beds to make a bed of 160 x 190 1 bed of 90 x 190 En-suite bathroom and separate toilet Vanilla Room: Room that can accommodate 3 people 1 bed of 140 x 190 1 bed of 90 x 190... in the mezzanine... in the treetops! En-suite bathroom and toilet Pistachio Room: Room perched on the top floor of the house. 3 beds of 80 x 190 Possibility to couple two beds to make a bed of 160 x 190 Our house is located 50 m from the bike path connecting Hirsingue to Altkirch. You are 2.5 km from all shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy) accessible by road or paths. We are at the crossroads of many hiking trails for hiking, mountain biking or cycling. We provide topo guides as well as IGN maps but also all the equipment for maintaining bicycles (possibility of washing and repairing). Guest access The entire place will be available to guests. Bettendorf is located in the heart of the Belfort – Mulhouse – Basel triangle, 2.5 km from Hirsingue (supermarket, bakery, butcher, etc.), 10 min from Altkirch, 25 min from Basel/Mulhouse airport, 30 min from Belfort Montbéliard TGV station, 30 min from Mulhouse, 1 hour from Colmar and 1.5 hours from Strasbourg. A car or bike is essential to discover the region.
