Cozy house in a quiet area 2 steps from the Colosseum and Fori Imperiali ideal for those who love being in the center. In the beautiful historic building, 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa (no bed), 1 eat-in kitchen. Delightful views of the characteristic alleys of the Monti district. Well connected by metro bus. We are close to the Colle Oppio gardens and Parco del Celio. For 2 people, extra single bed only on request. NB: Extra cleaning costs for stays longer than 5 days. The space EXTRA CLEANING SERVICE REQUIRED FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 5 DAYS In longer stays, additional cleaning shifts are provided every 5 days. The cost of each service is €45 per shift and includes a change of linen (sheets and towels for 2 people). Schedule and day of the shift will be communicated upon your arrival. The duration is approximately two hours, from 10am to 12am. You can pay it cash or through the airbnb request for additional service. In accordance with protection measures, it is preferable not to stay at home during the cleaning shift and it is requested not to leave objects or other valuables lying around. Guest access CHECK-IN: Guests can access from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm. It is not possible to leave your bags before 3.00 pm. There are many left luggage facilities near home. Check-in is by appointment only, it is a pleasure for us to meet you and welcome you in person. The appointment must be agreed a few days before your arrival, it is not possible for us to improvise last minute ;) CHECK-OUT: Departure is by 10.00 am (unless otherwise agreed subject to extra costs). Before arriving, send me the information with your arrival time. In case of evening check-in, after 8.00 pm, an extra of €35.00 is required if you arrive before 10.00 pm and an extra of €50.00 for arrivals after 10.00 pm, to be paid directly upon arrival. LUGGAGE STORAGE upon departure or arrival: We cannot store your luggage beyond check out and check in times. There are several luggage storage options near your home. If so, after your booking, I will give you the contact details. Car Transfer If you want a car transfer service from the airport (NCC) we can book it for you, but you will have to send us your arrival information at least 5 days before. The driver will wait for you at the Terminal, always updated on your arrival, even in case of delays. Extra Bed If you book for 2 people but need an extra bed, please ask before arrival.
