Rosin apartment in the heart of Babelsberg

The Rosin apartments are located in a small side street in the heart of Babelsberg. You will live in a stylish two-room apartment with a fully equipped fitted kitchen, with a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. In the bedroom, a box spring bed ensures quiet and restful nights. The space The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Both apartments have a completely renovated bathroom. In the living room you can relax on the cozy leather couch after a nice day on vacation. Parking is available in the parking bays, usually close to the house, and bicycle storage is available on the premises. We are happy to provide two bicycles for a small fee (see photos). This is a non-smoking apartment. Note for smokers, there is an ashtray on the balcony.
