Serene Vista Villa (formerly Bungalow) Whole House

Our Serene Vista Bungalow is located near the southwest coast of Sri Lanka and is nestled between the jungle and the small village of Dodonduwa. It is surrounded by lush green forest of Sri Lanka's beautiful kadolana trees and it has views of a river flowing right in the front of the house. Our house is a very peaceful and serene place to stay in. The pristine, gold-sand Narigama Beach is only a 10 minute walk away, and there are additional nearby fun activities close by. The space The Serene Vista bungalow is a newly constructed house with two separate units with separate entrances of an upstairs suite with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, full bath, and walk-around balcony. Downstairs are two bedrooms with attached baths and a kitchen. All rooms have screens in the windows so you do not have to worry about bugs in the house. A lush green garden and a terrace with an outdoor seating area are waiting for you to relax in. Built to European standards both units have access to a complete kitchen with a seating/ dining area and a microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. Hot water throughout the house, running cold water outdoors. The house is fully WiFi accessible. We also are equipped with fire extinguishers as well as smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. You are protected by CCTV cameras and locks on the windows and doors. The roof is not made from asbestos but instead has an eco-friendly ceramic tile Spanish roof (a Sri Lankan product) that will help keep you a little bit cooler. I built this peaceful place to provide a little break from a busy lifestyle to peacefully spend time in this is ideal place. This is the entire house that includes an upstairs suite that is accessed by one flight of stairs and accommodates 2 adults. It includes a walk around balcony with a sitting area and terrific views of the surrounding jungle . The ground floor suite has 2 bedrooms that accommodates up to 4 adults. There is one step at the front door. There is also a front yard to relax in available for all our guests. I built this peaceful place to provide a little break from a busy lifestyle and to spend time peacefully in an ideal place.
