More then 200 sqm offer plenty of space and privacy for up to 10 persons. In front of the house the very large sun terrace with a spacious covered patio for alfresco dining. Terrace and loggia are very well equipped with garden furniture as well as a barbeque grill. Magnificent views . The very large fenced community swimming pool (5,5x12 ) and extended leisure areas is situated on the windprotected sunny slopes slightly below the guesthouse. Pavillions and solitary trees provide shade. The comfortableshallow entry platform (3x3m) offers space and security also for the smallest of our guests Access the house by some steps up to the diningroom. From there to the right the spacious fully equipped built-in kitchen with additional dining space and pantry (4 gas rings , oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, American & Italian coffeemaker , etc. etc.) To the left 4 steps lead up to bedroom no. 1, a cosy suite with kingsize bed +large ensuite bathroom (shower/wc) with washing machine and dryer. On ground level bedroom no. 2 with 3 single beds and ensuite bathroom (shower/wc.) Also on ground level bedroom 3, the largest one, with 1 double bed and a small junior bed. Here the private ensuite bathroom has a tub with integrated shower and wc. From the dining room straight ahead through the dining room area access to the spacious bedroom no. 4 with large double bed as well as a single sofa bed (children only) - ensuite bathroom with shower/wc. direct access to the fantastic roof-terrace with magnificent views. important note: our sofa-bed is for children or teens only, not for adults .and has an extra charge that will have to be paid to the owner. Poderi Val Verde is located central to almost all famous towns, cities and their sights: Florence, Siena, Greve, Radda, Gaiole, San Gimignano and Volterra are less than 1 hour by car. Lucca, Pisa, the marble cave of Carrara, Pistoia, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Cortona, Perugia or Assisi are less than 2 hours by car. Going there you will be driving through one of the most beautiful landscapes of the world. Even day trips by train, bus or car to Cinque Terre, Rome, Milano, Venice are possible. Visit the famous Tuscan beaches in the Maremma (Marina di Grosseto or Talamone for instance) or the Versiglia (Torre di Lago or Viareggio). They are between 1 or 2 hours panoramic car drive away. If you wish, we gladly help you planning your daily trips, supply advise with regards to wine or cheese tasting, help you finding the right restaurant, inform you about activities, exhibitions, events, concerts etc., that you do want to miss. This is an ideal place for relaxation, sightseeing and visiting romantic small villages, to do wine, cheese and balsamico vinegar tasting . Perfect for road and mountain biking on the famous white roads or curvy streets of the Chianti hills or for hiking and trekking on our marked trails. Horseback riding nearby. And after a day out of sightseeing, you may enjoy taking a traditional archery class, or try your skill on our demanding 3D archery range ..
