Casa Marta is located 12 km from the sea: independent on two floors, with a terrace "sea view" and an outdoor terrace. The living room with fireplace, a new and large double sofa bed and another single bed, can be completely closed with two sliding doors, thus becoming a practical sleeping area. Then we have the large kitchen and, upstairs, the bathroom with shower and the comfortable double bedroom. (008030-LT-0065) The space THE SWIMMING POOL/CHILL OUT ZONE shared with the guests of another house we own, with walls redone in old stone, is our flagship, but we must not forget that in the nearby sea you can swim almost all year round, since we are in the province of Imperia, elected by the Sole 24 Ore as the city with the best climate in Italy. The new swimming pool, open from JUNE TO SEPTEMBER, is a REAL swimming pool, in-ground and with a newly covered bottom, surrounded by olive trees, measuring 11 x 5 meters, with very comfortable Roman steps for access. Built in 2011 and renovated in 2019, in 2022 we added a brand new salt filtration system. It has a brand new English lawn, on two levels of 160 square meters with umbrellas, tables and deckchairs, in a muffled atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The pool area also hosts the family that stays in our other OWNED HOUSE, close to Casa Marta. Each family has a reserved and equipped area, spaced out to ensure everyone's relaxation. We have recently built a stone barbecue, a few meters from the pool, which can be freely used, as well as the natural outdoor shower. The tax must be paid in cash at check in. -In the winter months FROM OCTOBER TO MARCH, heating, electricity and Wi-Fi will be charged separately and are not included in the rental price.
