This perfectly equipped nice apartment (living-dinning room & 1 Bed rooms) has a bright room with a small Southwest balcony giving to a public garden, with a kitchen and a clean nice bathroom with separate wc, hand sink and shower on a private resident. Our sunny and large apartment (55 square meters) with its cute balcony is perfect for a family of four or 2 couples. It is at a 4th floor without lift and close to the railway and the train station is less than 10' walks as from dowtown too. Wireless Internet and private parking included, (From Paris, take the train and get off at Saint Cyr l’école, from there is a walking distance of 3 block (about 5-7' walk). You will find everything you would expect to have in an appartement. towels, bedsheets, duvet...., a fan for summer, central heating for winter, a shower, one equipped kitchen, TV, even one washing machine. Overall very clean, just renovated, and a lot of light because of its Eastward exposure. Saint Cyr l’Ecole downtown is 8 minutes walk. The apartment is just at 150 meters from the bus stop (both ways). From the Versailles train station, it will take you 12 minutes by train to get in the heart of Paris. Shops, Banks just around the corner, Post office, Pharmacy and Medical Center less than 8 blocks from home. Cinema, about 4 restaurants and many shops less than 8 block away from the apartment. During the warm period it is definitely one of the best places to enjoy lovely sunny afternoons at the bars or restaurant or take a quick jump to Versailles downtown market place or anywhere at Paris later on the evenings. All the nice people from the area use to have picnics along the lovely Canal at the Versailles Palace. It is a very young and family easy going area, you will love it! The resident is quiet and very calm, also the streets are very quiet at day and night. You have access by public transportation from CDG and Orly airports as well as the major train stations. Every facility you need for a comfortable stay, and for getting around and going to Paris, in within 5 minutes' walking distance at the most. From the studio you are perfectly hosted for visiting The Palace and City of Versailles, the Châteaux of the Loire, and the City of Paris. if there is anything else you´d like to know, please get in touch (rent a car available (mine) too) Kind regards, Lucas Guest access From Paris get a train to Saint Cyr l’école train station (time will depend “where in Paris you get the train or the Metro combination to the train”. and from the Saint Cyr train station is 10’/12’ walks from the apartment.
