This is an amazing private house in Limassol featuring a double bed, 1 sofa bed, living room with Smart-TV, parking space, your own kitchen and fridge and bathroom! It is clean, comfortable and ready to host up to 2-4 guests. The hosts live next door and are more than willing to share a cup of coffee with you. Cypriot hospitality at its best!! Nearby you can find bakeries, supermarkets, and everything you might need, 5-10 minutes with car to find restaurants and the sea! The space 1) Comfortable bed, you don't want to wake up in morning :p 1 sofa bed, 1 couch. 2) Smart-tv that if you have an account in Netflix you can login and see your favorite movies! (new) 3) Full air-condition cold and hot. 4) High Speed Wi-fi 5) Quiet neightboorhood. 6) Nice garden with fruits! 7) Close by there is a supermarket that sells fresh fruits and everything you might need for your stay about 3 mins away on foot. 8) the bathroom is 3 steps in different building outside the main house. Other things to note Important check-in and check-out details: Guest check-in - from 15:00 pm Check-out - before 1:00 pm Earlier check-in is possible by prior arrangement, depends on other guests that same day. Always ready to meet if possible. Please inform me in advance of what time you plan to check in/out. Parking: There is free street parking available outside. Guests, families & kids: We welcome guests from all over the world, we only ask that you treat our home as you would your own and that you and your family leave it as you found it. I also check for events that happening during the period of a guest that is coming and i let them know. From the house you can walk 10 minutes to Efstathiou Kyriakou Bus Stop (address Pafou, Limassol) and take the bus 21 (it takes you to the mall and also throught makariou street which is the famous route with many shops around) and also take bus 17 to go to kollossi castle. We don't accept masseurs. No unregistered guests are allowed. -Electricity in Cyprus is 240 volts. Plugs used are the 3 rectangular pin type. -We also have smart sockets so you can just plug the cable without the actual charger i believe.
