Unforgettable Seaside cottage

A unique & bespoke seaside cottage oozing character. Featured in 'Home Beautiful Magazine' & ch 9s "postcards' show. Designed especially for a 'couples getaway' with all the mod cons, inc. gas log fire, spa, big LCD tv, dvd's, Airco, WiFi etc. Just 300m to river mouth beach & close to everything in town. A great base to explore the Great Ocean Road. NO PARTIES. Please don't add more people after the booking has been accepted NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, (Infants not yet walking are ok) The space Although it's two storey and two bedroom, it's actually small & cosy and perfectly designed for a couple. It sits on a footprint of just 8.5M X 4.8M. The main bedroom, (with queen bed), is very spacious, taking up the the entire mezzanine (upper) floor and has a juliet balcony with table and chairs. Downstairs is the 'Bunk-room' with a 'trilogy bed', (a double bed with a single bunk above). The 'bunk-room' is a very small bedroom and although can sleep three, we suggest a maximum of two as the upper bunk can then be used for luggage. The bathroom, (also downstairs), has a three corner spa, luxurious heated floor & heated towel rail. Not suitable for children or pets Guest access The cottage is on its own block and you have exclusive use of it. A great alternative for a 'staycation', (as a work-from-home alternative) Other things to note Bookings/tariffs are based on a couple/twin share. If it's for two people requiring separate beds/room, extra fees apply and need to be discussed/arranged with host All bedding and linen is supplied, however, due to Covid and added safety, we now offer guests the option to supply their own personal towelling, ie. bath towels, hand towels, face washers etc. Please note that the cottage is not suitable for children or pets. Infants not yet walking are ok
