Welcome to our natural and authentic haven of peace: Domaine-Maribo-Perigord. If you like calm and nature, come and take a break in our family home built on a green hill with stunning views, from where you can admire the sunrise or the stars at night. Located on 3 hectares of land, far from the hustle and bustle, it is the ideal place to rest, meet with family and discover the rich heritage of Périgord, in all seasons. The space You can enjoy two beautiful terraces, one to the east with a barbecue and the other to the west to enjoy your different meals of the day according to your desires. Between two visits to the architectural, cultural or gastronomic heritage of Périgord, you can refresh yourself or bask in the salt pool secured with a roller shutter (12 x 5.50) maintained by us and shared with us. Inside, on the ground floor you will first enter the large bright and warm living room where a dining room and a living room await you, adjoining is the fully equipped kitchen. In the extension, a spacious bathroom with shower and large bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. Then, a charming bedroom renovated in June 2023, which opens onto the west terrace. Upstairs, the continuation of the sleeping area with two large cozy bedrooms, one slightly mansarded, exposed beams furnished with a large bed and the other renovated in June 2023, furnished with two separate beds that can be joined if necessary, with pool view. Finally, a separate toilet accessible to both bedrooms. The entire night area is equipped with quality bedding. Our house is semi-detached, privacy and quiet must be respected reciprocally. Through our discreet presence, we will make sure to make your stay as pleasant as possible and advise you in the discovery of our beautiful region. The Périgord, a country with many facets, in addition to the discovery of the historical sites and crafts that constitute the richness of the heritage of the Dordogne, many sports activities are at your disposal, we are in the ideal place for lovers of hiking or cycling.
