Large, modern house with ocean view

Amazing views of the ocean and mountains from every room, 2 minute walk to the beach, and a sheltered and sunny garden. The house is modern, spacious and comfortable and located on a quiet street. The perfect place to bring the whole family, kids included. The space Most of the house was renovated in 2018 and is modern and comfortable, but still retains some of the charm of Norwegian village houses. There is a great view of the ocean and/or mountains from every room in the house. The house has three dedicated bedrooms (one of which is a kids room) as well as an office with space for an inflatable mattress. There is a large bathroom with both shower and bathtub on the second floor, and a small bathroom/washroom by the entrance. The kitchen is large, modern and well equipped, and has an open floor plan to the living. From here you can enter the large patio in the garden. The second floor living room has an incredible view and is a great place to relax in the rocking chair at the end of the day while watching the ocean and mountains (or the TV. Your choice. 😉). There is no cable TV, but internet in case you would like to use Netflix or other streaming services. You're welcome to light up in the fireplace, try out the piano or guitar, or play one of our many, many board games. You can also relax in the garden, which is sunny and very sheltered from view. There is a (coal) barbeque available, garden games and kids toys, and a climbing frame. Less than a two minute walk from the house is one of the longest beaches in the country, with fine grained white sand. Pets are welcome. If you wish to bring young children, we have most things you might need such as a crib, high chair and toys. Keep in mind that people have different expectations for a child proof environment, so make your own decisions as to where to let your young explorer roam freely. We of course consider our home and yard a safe environment. If you arrive by car, there is parking available. There is also a type 2 charger for EV. We can promise you a clean, tidy, welcoming and comfortable house to stay in, and we’ll do our very best to help you have a great stay in Bleik. What we can not promise you is a hotel-like or professional Airbnb stay in a house devoid of personality. This is our family home, not a dedicated rental unit, and with two small children the task of cleaning out every single closet and personal item is beyond us. But don’t worry, we’ll make sure you have plenty of space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the basement, which we use for storage.
