Those who want to live to the rhythm of Mauritian life and meet the local population, we welcome you to the "Citronnier villa" in the heart of a small fishing village in Poudre d 'Or. Our comfortable house sleeps 4 people in ideal conditions, for a local color stay... Note: Mauritius introduces a new tourist tax from 10/01/2025, €3 per tourist/night from 12 years old. This tax is to be paid in euros upon arrival. The space Entire house, independent, up to tourist standards and approved by the Mauritius Tourism Authority. Single-story, bright and spacious, by the river: 110 m2 + 70 m2 veranda on 1000 m2 of fenced and wooded land 300 meters from the sea. Two standard bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and fans, the 3rd bedroom (smaller for a child) has an air conditioner and fan. The living room opens onto a large covered veranda of 70 m2 with a beautiful view of the garden and river. Linens are provided except beach towels. Walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Free Wi-Fi internet. Private parking on site. The entire house is equipped with an alarm connected to a security company. No parties, birthdays, etc. are allowed. (If you are a large family, we offer a second house, villa No2 (smaller for a couple, see the listing) it is located next door, by the river and it is completely independent of the lemon tree villa) Please read the entire listing before booking. The little path that leads to the house is not paved... but passable. Gold powder is a beautiful typical village. * IMPORTANT: There is no white sandy beach, but a very nice seaside, swimming not recommended.
