The house is situates in the centre of Mumbles villlage, just behind many boutique shops and restaurants. Everything you could possibly want is available just a short walk away! This is very much a home from home (see our reviews) with luxurious comfort in mind. The space Welcome to our spacious 3 bedroom house in the heart of central Mumbles, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and charm. It is in a prime location, next to Oystermouth Castle & just steps away from the village (inc M&S) and overlooking the stunning Swansea Bay with views of the lighthouse from the main bedroom! Our house is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a stylish and comfortable stay. Spaciously spread over 3 floors with a games room / playroom in the basement (& extra shower room) , large kitchen with range cooker & american fridge freezer, a separate dining area, a cosy lounge & TV with log burner, plus the 3 bedrooms on the next level with sea views from the bedroom. Guest access The whole house is for let. Early check in and late check out may be available but please give host at least 24 hours notice and there will be an extra charge of £25 per early (2pm) checkin / late check (12 midday) out to cover use of the facilities. Drop off of bags and use of the parking facilities can be used for free however on an individual request basis. We are pet friendly, we only accepted well behaved house trained dogs for an extra fee of £25 per stay. Also please respect the house rules that they are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs. There will be an extra cleaning fee if there is pet hair found on the furniture or upstairs. Other things to note 2 Private Parking spaces to the back of the house. These are large and off the road, fitting a 4 x 4 and another car.
