Well-furnished apartment in Via Togliatti, 350 meters from the beach, in a very quiet setting, consisting of 2 large bedrooms (each with 2 beds, a double bed in one and 2 single beds in the other, really comfortable), a kitchenette with a marble bar top, a bathroom with a shower (in addition to another shower outside in the driveway), a driveway with a parking space and every comfort to stay outside (rocking chair, deck chair and table with chairs). Other things to note - The municipality of Melendugno requires the payment of the Accommodation Tax, which must be paid in cash upon arrival and which corresponds to €1.50 per night, with a maximum limit of 7 days in the months of June and September (children under 6 and adults over 75 are exempt). - If sheets and towels are requested for the stay (which are not included in our rentals), there will be a payment of 15 euros per person upon delivery of the keys.
