Private balcony and luxurious room

My house located between Mukilteo and Everett city, very close to Boeing of Everett. Close to free ways 405, I-5, about 15-20 min walking distance to Mukilteo speed way and HWay 99 of Everett. Seattle around 20-25 min to drive. Quite neighborhood, we live here 23 years.Room is on 1st floor, share bathrooms on 1 st and 2nd floors.. All furniture is new, and bed size is queen . The space We have house 2 floor, stairs (7) to get in and stairs (7) to go to 2 nd floor, or down to 1 st floor. No living room in a house you can use. Floor is laminate, which NOT water proof. Guest access Kitchen from 8am to 9pm, and laundry , which is on 1st floor((only for 4 and more days of booking), max 2 loads per week , internet (wi-fi) . Bathroom on each floor-use on 2 nd floor, but if someone there, go to 1 st floor. During your stay Minimum interaction, but all ways available and open for texting me at any time and for any questions Other things to note You can use my adress to get some things by mail, but I am not responsible for any after you move out( must officially change delivery adress).
