150 m² house on a 700 m² fenced property, a 10-minute walk from the shops. 4 bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in shower and a dressing room. Cooling floor in the house (during hot weather) + air conditioning (in the living room). BBQ. Pizza oven. 3.5 × 5 pool; depth 1.20 m (3.9 ft). (Open from May to October.) Near the house: hiking trails, scrubland, river. Anduze 20 minutes away; Nîmes, Pont du Gard, and the sea 30–40 minutes away. Towels are provided.
