We offer you an ideal family-friendly guest house for parties of any kind or small group events for up to 35 people. The immediate nature in the middle of the idyllic Upper Harz and the harmonious ambience of the house create a wonderful place for a break. The space On approx. 450 sqm of living space on 3 floors you will find sufficient sleeping, sitting and dining options as well as many other retreats to feel good. The conservatory, large terrace overlooking the countryside, as well as private enclosed parking space is at your disposal alone and free of charge. The house is well-equipped for self-catering and thoughtful. On request, you will receive meals. We are open to the special wishes of guests and try to make everything possible. In our guest house there are a total of six apartments for up to six guests. Each apartment has a size of about 40 sqm, kitchenette and bathroom with shower/toilet. Four apartments are located on the first floor, two more on the second floor. Larger groups can rent two or more apartments next to each other (with a connecting door on request). We also offer two bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor. They are suitable for persons with disabilities. For our smallest guests, we provide children's travel cots and high chairs. Our house with apartments and common rooms is located on the spa park, central yet quiet. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance within minutes. In winter, you will find a ski center with ski lift, cross-country skiing trails and toboggan run. In summer: MSB-X-TRAIL with the mountain bike and downhill adventure park, the summer toboggan run, the high ropes course, exciting MTB routes and hiking trails. A mini golf course and children's playground are located in the spa park. Guest access The whole house and parking space are at your disposal. Other things to note Please note that bed linen and towels are available on request and at an extra cost of 10 euros per person per stay. Up to 4 dogs are welcome on the ground floor for a surcharge of 20 euros per stay. The visitor's tax for Sankt Andreasberg is per person per night: adults €2.30, adolescents (6-17 years) €1.30, children (0-5 years) do not pay a guest fee. We will give you the visitor cards upon arrival. These can be presented at many facilities and you will receive a discount. Bus rides are free.
