The property is located a few kilometers from the Torre Guaceto natural marine reserve and the beautiful Ostuni, offering a quiet retreat surrounded by nature. The space It is a 130 sqm Mediterranean-style residence immersed in a plot of about 6000 square meters, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and dry stone walls typical of the Upper Salento. Located between Carovigno and San Vito dei Normanni, the property is about 10 km from the historic center of Ostuni, the white city, and only 8 km from the beautiful nature reserve of Torre Guaceto. It is also close to the ancient villages of Ceglie Messapica, Oria and Cisternino. The villa has 3 bedrooms, two of which are double and one with three beds (one double bed and one single bed), all equipped with air conditioning and LCD TV. The Saraceno B&B offers a relaxing stay in the midst of nature, with a structure that includes outdoor showers, a large outdoor solarium, and a pleasant patio immersed in the Mediterranean garden. Guests can enjoy homemade breakfasts prepared by the owners, served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. In addition, the property has a charming, finely restored trullo, complete with all the comforts, and a beautiful saltwater pool with a large solarium and outdoor shower, surrounded by majestic olive trees and prickly pears. This space is ideal for relaxing in the quiet of the Salento countryside, making it the perfect home for a short relaxing vacation.
