VILLA L'INCANTO is located in the Tuscan hills just 3 km from the highway exit, surrounded by greenery. In a short time you can reach destinations such as the Tuscan cities of art: Pisa (90 km), Lucca (85 km), Florence (150 km) or visit the beautiful Ligurian coast with fantastic beaches and points of interest: LERICI, PORTOVENERE, CINQUE TERRE and VERSILIA famous for shopping and its nightlife. The house is equipped with a beautiful relaxation area with swimming pool and waterfall and a spacious garden. The space On the ground floor, we have a porch that surrounds the house equipped with tables, chairs and sofas for dining and spending your evenings by candlelight after cooking with the barbecue or wood-burning oven. From the main entrance you enter the living room and dining room, a comfortable open space (with a precious Carrara marble floor). On the left you pass into the kitchen equipped with all comforts: electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and espresso coffee machine (NESPRESSO pods). Climbing three steps leads to the laundry room and a master bathroom with jacuzzi. Upstairs we have three bedrooms arranged as follows: The first master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace, the second with double bed plus single bed and the third children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds, another bathroom with shower is present on the floor for the two bedrooms (from 2023 in the bedrooms there will be air conditioning). Outside the house on a lower level is the garden area and swimming pool equipped with gazebo and another convenient barbecue to cook directly in the pool. Guest access Access to the villa by car is via a private driveway with an electric gate, immediately after which there is a large parking lot reserved for our guests where they can safely leave their car. Access to the villa is just a few steps after the host's home, who will always be available to respond to your needs but will leave you in your total privacy. Other things to note The basement floor of the Villa is not accessible to our guests as it serves as a garage and warehouse for various equipment for the maintenance of the garden and the business. At night, there is also an automatic irrigation system and a robot for cutting the lawn throughout the green area, so please do not leave clothing or delicate objects that could be damaged.
