Casa Lagar, private terrace, bbq and pool

This lovely renovated old Quinta is divided into 4 apartments, all with a fully furnished kitchen, airco, private terrace, use of the large (shared) swimming pool 50m2. All the apartments have under floor heating! The apartment on the pictures is Casa Lagar, a nice and comfortable apartment with a big private terrace. Renting a car is necessary because the nearest village is 5 km away. Only 10 km form the nearest beach in Fuseta and 2 minutes drive to the highway. The airport is 30 minutes away. The space Recently (2017) renovated old farmhouse with authentiek details with all the modern stuff inside, young owners with passion for their work and guests. Sounds like a good combination right? ;-) Guest access The Quinta is surrounded by a big garden (11.000m2) which contain a lot of spots with sun and shadow. Hammocks are provided and of course the large swimming pool with sun-beds, parasols and toys to play with. In the garden there is also a volleyball field/football field. Other things to note Holidays at Quinta da Vida during Covid-19 ​ Our holiday accommodation is a good place to be for your holidays during these Covid-19 period. Because Quinta da Vida has 4 separate houses, each house has a big private terrace. So you can have a relaxed holiday without having contact with others. The pool is opened and strictly controlled every day for the right values. There will be disinfection soap available too. ​ Gust and Mayke will be around and we respect the safe distance and guidelines the gouvernement gave to us. But we are always there to help you, give you the latest updated information and answer all your questions. Due to the Covid-19 we made a new page on our website to keep you informed about the situation in Portugal and how we deal with the guidelines of the gouvernement on our property. ​ On the Quinta we can maintain the guidelines of the gouvernement: - All the houses will be well cleaned with disinfectants. - All the linen will be washed at high temperatures. - We do not come into your house during your stay. - We provide mouth-caps during your stay, these are necessary to go into supermarkets and public transport. - We will keep the 1,5 meter distance from each other. - There will be a disinfection soap dispenser in every house. - There will be a soap with disinfection next to the steps of the pool. - In the houses there will be a paper to inform you about the local rules in Portugal. - Try to avoid busy places were you can't maintain the 1,5 meter distance. - In case of (suspected) infection we can help you to get the right help and support. - Gust and Mayke are always here to answer your questions.
