A cleaning option (dust, floor and bathrooms) is offered at the end of the stay, it costs €150. The kitchen items (oven, refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer must be cleaned by you and returned clean upon your departure). In case of a stay of several weeks, regular cleaning must be done by you. Garbage cans must be emptied and placed in the appropriate containers. A security deposit of €2,000 for the rental, use of the private pool and hot tub (via a bank imprint) will be requested by the establishment 24 hours before your arrival, before the keys are handed over.
