The living space is large and bright and opens naturally to the outside thanks to its large bay windows. You will enjoy the views of nature, in all seasons. The 10m x 5m infinity pool offers spectacular views of olive trees, lavender, and mountain in the background. Enclosed garden and olive grove of 4000 m2 The XXL kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, high-quality cooking piano, multi-function robot, Kitchenaid blender, Delonghi coffee machine, electric citrus press, washing machine, American fridge. Air conditioning (summer: June, July, August & mid-September) and underfloor heating (winter). Fireplace + underfloor heating in winter, for undeniable comfort. Flat-screen TV + Chromecast, wifi Private, unheated pool (available MAY - SEPTEMBER), Pool house, terrace and garden, mountain views. 2 bedrooms are in the same house, the third is independent, adjoining the pool house, on the other bank of the pool. 🔹 Bedroom No. 1 has a double bed 180 x 200, bathroom with bathtub + walk-in shower and toilet 🔹 Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds 90 x 200 that can be separated or assembled according to your request. In the configuration where they are assembled, we install a 180 x 200 mattress topper for optimal comfort. There is a toilet and a walk in shower. 🔹 Bedroom 3 has a 160 x 200 double bed, a walk-in shower and a toilet 🧺 INCLUDED SERVICES • Linens and towels are provided, reserved for indoor use. • Bath towels provided for the pool • Wi-Fi, air conditioning, baby equipment upon request (baby bed with mattress, high chair) • Beds are made upon arrival, 🚗 The municipality of St Ferréol is equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles. For our part, we have installed a socket, equipped with a consumption meter, allowing you to charge your electric cars on site. 🔹 MAXIMUM ALLOWED CAPACITY: MAX 6 ADULTS + 2 BABIES • In addition to the 6 people, the house is equipped with 2 baby beds, which can accommodate 2 babies (up to 2 YEARS) maximum. The use of the venue for commercial photo shoots, video shoots for the advertising of products, services, or artistic works is possible but subject to authorization and under certain conditions that we need to discuss. Thank you for your request. ⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION • No parties allowed: despite its volume, we draw your attention to the fact that this house, located in the heart of a peaceful neighborhood, is not suitable for parties (indoor or outdoor). • No pets allowed unless authorized and under certain conditions that we must discuss before accepting your pet. • The house, the pool house are non-smoking spaces, but you can smoke outside ;) Guest access 🚗 The Atelier is located in the countryside, a vehicle is essential for your travels. 3 parking spaces are available, Electric vehicle charging possible, upon request. Accommodation is fully private, no other person will share the garden and pool spaces.
