Garden studio with harbour views

A bright and comfortable self-contained garden studio with superb views of the harbour and private access. The studio is tucked away in a relaxed neighbourhood and is within easy walking distance from the heart of Falmouth Town. The space The studio comprises a bedroom/living space with king-size bed, sofa, dining table and ensuite shower-room. On the ground floor, there is a kitchenette with cooking and laundry facilities. Guests can enjoy the use of an outside patio with dining table and chairs, which catches the morning sun. The studio has its own private access from a pedestrianised lane. Other things to note We use the garage that the studio is built above. If you are travelling by car, you can arrange to unload your belongings with prior agreement. Unrestricted parking can usually be found along nearby roads. There is no television, but there is a digital radio, some books and a great view!
