The space The tastefully furnished cottage has 2 bedrooms. One is equipped with a 160 bed and the other with two 90 beds that can be converted into one 180 bed. An attic bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink, a mezzanine with sofa bed that can be converted to 140, armchairs, library and small desk. It can accommodate 4-6 people. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge and freezer) adjoins the dining room and its large fireplace equipped with a pellet stove, and a laundry room with toilet. South-facing, not overlooked, valley views. Terrace with pergola, parasol and garden table on 9000 m2 of land. The 7x3 above-ground stone farm pond is a swimming pool that allows swimming from June to September and is shared with the other cottage. On the ground, there's a play structure, slide, swing, and children's playhouse. The river 50 m away is a Natura 2000 area allowing swimming until the beginning of July.
