The space The spacious open plan interiors of this idyllic hideaway are finished in a modern contemporary style, whilst the exteriors have been cleverly designed to combine traditional stone and wood features so that Ledaki perfectly blends into its setting – however modern twists are evident in the choice of outdoor and poolside furniture and the al fresco dining area. In addition, a glistening swimming pool set to the side of the house into stone paved terraces also offers a built-in barbecue and from here, as from all the terrace areas you can enjoy stunning views down to the harbour of what is probably the most picturesque fishing village of in the area. Just ten minutes stroll from Ledaki, Sivota has evolved over recent years and has become a firm favourite with the yachting fraternity, the traditional charms and warm hospitality of the local families remain unchanged, resulting in a particularly high percentage of repeat guests visiting this engaging and colourful seaside village every year. We feel sure that, although the interiors of Ledaki are comfortable and attractive, it is the outside setting that will make it hard to leave this lovely spot…many hours are bound to be wiled away just enjoying the peace, soaking up the sun and drinking in the views whilst sipping on a cold beer or glass of wine and devouring that book you have been waiting to read! Accessibility The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide, the path on entrance to the villa is elevated then there's 4 steps leading to the front door, which is 95cm wide. The lounge door is 110cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 110cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 95cm wide. The path to the pool area is 80cm wide, to access this area there multiple steps down, the steps are an assorted different shapes. The outside grounds are uneven, the ground around the pool area has crazy paving. The pool has steps.
