Charming townhouse with courtyard in a typical Languedoc village. Stay in this renovated house, dating from 1860, in the heart of Saint Chinian. The house offers charm and comfort with all modern conveniences required for a relaxing holiday. The space On the ground floor you will find the living room with coffee table, sofa, armchairs and a TV set. The living room leads into the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped including dish washer, hob, oven , microwave oven, fridge and a freezer. The dining area has a large table, seating up to eight people. Outside the kitchen you will find the courtyard with garden furniture. At the back of the courtyard there is a shed (la remise) with a washing machine. On the first floor there a two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have good storage space. A family bathroom with WC is located between the bedrooms.
