The space Decorated with care and personal taste, the studio is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It is especially suitable for young guests who want to stay in a customized, cost-effective space, full of style and features such as more than 120 DVDs of cult movies and art books, rather than a modernized but bland, lifeless apartment. It should be noted that the apartment maintains certain original aspects of the 80s, so there are natural signs of use in some objects and details, such as tiles and baseboards and some painting niches (details visible in the photos), but the space is completely functional. The cleaning, sanitizing and disinfection of the space follow the special protocol developed by Airbnb due to the current pandemic, and include an interval of at least 24 hours between guests, the use of 70% alcohol for cleaning all surfaces and points of contact, bleach for disinfecting the toilet and shower stall, and washing bed and bath linens with soap in 60-degree water. In addition, check-in and check-out are automatic for greater guest safety - just pick up and return the key at the front desk. It is a small living room apartment (19m2), located on the top floor of the building (10th). All the details below can be verified in the listing photos. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon, etc., without login), a closet with hangers, a desk ready for a laptop, a nightstand and two 70's plastic benches. There is a dining counter, two stools, and the kitchen, integrated into the apartment, is equipped with glasses, bowls, dishes, basic utensils, air fryer, mini grill, coffee maker, minibar and blender. Essential basic spices are available to guests. The bathroom, accessible through the kitchen, is equipped with a wooden accordion door, toilet, sink, small retractable clothesline, electric shower and tempered glass shower enclosure. Note that some tiles and glass show small signs of use, and that the tilting bathroom window is fixed partially open. Also note that the shower stall is about 1.5m x 1.5m, so it may be unsuitable for people with some difficulty in moving around. There is a double box bed, provided with bedding (elastic sheet, sheet, duvet and winter blanket), and two towels are provided to the guest(s). There is also a sofa-armchair. Additional bed and bath linens for the double bed are provided for long-term stays. There is a ceiling fan with a wall switch, and a fan without blades in the bathroom. There is a 32" SmartTV, DVD player and over 120 (great) movies available to guests. There's a lamp and decorative lights. There's a blackout curtain on the living room window. The building also has a 24-hour doorman. The check-in and check-out policy is quite flexible in order to make the stay as comfortable as possible (in any case, the minimum check-in and maximum check-out times are set out in the house rules). Guest access The entire apartment, no exceptions. The place is only used for rentals via Airbnb. There is complete privacy. Please note that the apartment, being a smoker-friendly space (even if it is completely sanitized after each stay), may present inconveniences for people with severe respiratory problems. Please note that the apartment gets hot in the summer - although the available fans will mitigate the heat. Note that the condominium is located on a central avenue with a lot of daytime traffic. The apartment itself is located on the side of this building, which greatly attenuates the sound, but can still bother people who are very sensitive to noise. Please note that the apartment's last extensive renovation was about 10 years ago, and although it is perfectly functional, certain details (all visible in the photos, such as slightly worn tiles, details of paintings and baseboards and cabinets) may bother some guests.
