The space Our quiet and cozy Northstar townhome offers a comfortable layout and stunning views of Whistler & Blackcomb Mountains from the balcony. The main floor was fully renovated in December 2023, featuring new flooring, a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a modern entry with plenty of space for your gear. Enjoy the convenience of new appliances in our fully equipped kitchen, or explore the Market Place just across the street for a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, a grocery store, pharmacy, and bank! Take advantage of our ideal location, a short stroll from the ski lifts and just steps away from the vibrant village and the valley trail. If you're too tired from a day on the slopes, a complimentary ski shuttle stops right across the street, providing easy access to the townhouse or the lifts. After a day of skiing or cycling the valley trail, relax in the year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tub or curl up by the warm and inviting gas fireplace. This two-level townhouse has stair access to the unit and within it. The main floor features a living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and a comfortable queen-size sofa bed. Upstairs, you’ll find a bathroom and two bedrooms. The top-floor bathroom can be locked off to create an en-suite for the master bedroom or left open for all guests to use. The front entrance has ample space for storing your skis & snowboards. Bike lockers are available in the garage for your convenience. Our unit sleeps 6 and also includes a full-size washer/dryer and ironing equipment. The kitchen is fully stocked with a full cookware set, baking dishes, and all the basic necessities. With great appliances and a grocery store across the street, it's perfect for cooking family dinners! Alternatively, take advantage of the many take-out options from nearby restaurants. Guest access You will have access to the townhouse via keypad code and to the amenities building via fob card. Shared amenities include a heated outdoor pool (open year-round!), hot tub, as well as change rooms and showers. There is one parking stall available in the underground parking. Parking for additional vehicles may be available underground on a first-come-first-serve basis. The maximum clearance is 6'8" (2.03 m). Bike lockers are located in the garage Other things to note Please note: This unit has stairs and is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Our home is set up to comfortably host a maximum of 6 guests (including infants and children) to ensure everyone has enough space, supplies, and comfort. If you have questions please reach out prior to booking. This is a family-focused complex with quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM. It is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Fines may be issued for noise complaints. No smoking anywhere inside the home or anywhere in the complex. Any fines will be charged back to guests. Air conditioning is available in the upstairs bedrooms only; the downstairs area is kept comfortable with fans and windows. We do not accept bookings with a checkout date of December 25th.
