Palmira Paradise/The Perfect Getaway-Solar Home

Please be sure that you aren’t going to be more than 6 adults and 4 kids. I have made it my mission to make this house look simple but cozy for everyone. Is a very comfortable home and located in an access control neighborhood. Villa Palmira is a place to have relaxing and fun vacations out of the noise of the metro area of Puerto Rico. The house is located 45 mins from El Yunque Rainforest and 45 min from San Juan. I am here to help you in anything you may need. Best regards, Annie. The space Garage, living and dining rooms, kitchen, four bedrooms(three with king size bed and one with three bunk bed), three bathrooms(two masters and one for the others), one terrace and one private swimming pool. All the house Guest access The entire house, except for some closet doors that are closed for the owner's use. Other things to note For us it is a pleasure to receive our guests but, there are some details that we want to leave established with you. Due to the pandemic and for your safety we have limited access to the house. No more people can come to visit or stay than those described above. This will be subject to penalties or even a call to the authorities. Only 6 adults and 4 children/youth are allowed. We do not allow loud noises in the area of the house since our neighbors are 2 elderly people and we do not want to disturb them. We appreciate your compliance with these rules.
