Our Mediterranean style custom home is perched on the California coast between Santa Monica and Malibu surrounded by the tranquility of the Santa Monica Mountains. Ideally situated on the Westside of Los Angeles, we are just five minutes to the beach, steps to hiking trails and close proximity to the renowned Getty Villa Museum. The space Enter your private side entrance via garden courtyard as you stroll past our tennis court. Your newly decorated private bedroom overlooks the backyard pool and gardens. Comfort and luxury await you in this tranquil setting. The newly remodeled ensuite bathroom features an oversized glass enclosed shower, new towels and all the amenities you would expect at a high end resort.... right down to the terry cloth robes! Guest access You will have use of the guest suite with private entrance. Full kitchen is nearby to prepare your breakfast and refrigerator access. You are invited to enjoy the gardens, tennis court and pool ( May - Oct. approx ). During your stay We are friendly and easy to talk with. You will be warmly welcomed but you will have the space and privacy you need to relax and enjoy your visit. Other things to note If you are allergic to cats, sadly, this is not a suitable property nor workable if you travel with a dog. We have one cat, Isabella. The cat is not allowed in the guest suite but enjoys lounging on the patio furniture on occasion during the day. Close proximity to Santa Monica Mountains also means coyotes and bobcats may roam the neighborhood making it unsafe for furry guests. The property is strictly non smoking and in accordance with LA City regulations that also applies outdoors as my home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Done. Once on the property, there is no secondary fence around the pool making it unsuitable for a guest with a young child due to safety concerns. Registration Details HSR23-003905
