Quiet low-key, respectable & honest person. 1 recently upgraded bedroom, w/closet, bath & access to living room, kitchen, backyard, parking included, utilities (internet,water,etc). Access to Washer & Dryer, Alarm system + an added bonus of a gym, pool, & tennis court! Pets: Negotiable (extra cost) Conveniently located from the following*dependent upon traffic*: - Minutes from UNCC,Light Rail,Concord Mills,PNC Music Pavilion,Charlotte Speedway,etc - 25 minutes from Uptown & south end areas Guest access 1 bedroom, 1 bath "For guest-use only" Common areas: living room, bedroom, washer & dryer, kitchen, yard (front & back) Would need prior knowledge, prior to stay, if wanting pool access. Open: Tennis courts, playground During your stay I am open and available for questions. Please allow me at least 24 hours to respond.
