CLIFFSIDE COVE is a modern 4-bedroom villa with a private swimming beach 10 minutes from downtown Treasure Beach. Relax in a hammock, swim, snorkel, boat tour to Pelican Bar, day trip to YS Falls & Appleton Rum Factory, volleyball-pickleball-bonfire on the private beach. Each bedroom has AC, king bed, TV (Netflix), ensuite bathroom, hot water, private veranda. Bedroom #4 can be king OR twin beds. QUALITY WIFI. Charcoal grill. Private chef menu shown in "Other details to note." BACKUP GENERATOR. Private beach in a quiet area. Excellent for swimming and splashing around. Shallow cove with sandy bottom. Beach towels. King beds in all 4 bedrooms. Twin beds available in place of king bed in Bedroom #4. Owner lives on property in a SEPARATE BUILDING BY THE FRONT GATE and is available to assist guests in making arrangements prior to and during trip. Smoking permitted only on outside verandas. Villa and exterior Staff and owner are available to advise about local attractions, events, restaurants, cool places to hang out, boat tours, fishing trips, whatever you may want. Housekeeping every day but Thursday to make beds, take out trash, check toilet paper, change sheets & towels midweek, assist private chef. Very safe fishing village accustomed to tourists in a respectful way. We are 3 minutes drive from Billy's Bay, 5-7 minutes from downtown Treasure Beach, 30 minutes from Black River. 2.5 hours from Montego Bay, 3.5 hours from Kingston. You can rent a car from the airport or we can arrange a reliable local driver to pick you up at the airport and/or drive you around town or trips to YS Falls, Appleton Rum Tour, Negril, shopping, etc. Tax included in the prices. 10% service fee added to total and goes straight to Chef Kero.
