Lovely 1 Bedroom apt with private bath. Centrally located to Restaurants and Bars. Half an hour to the CT shore, 1 hour away from Rhode Island beaches.
You will be sharing this space with me, as I live here. You will have your own private room and bathroom. I have a beautiful large Balcony, with a table and chairs to enjoy. There is a community pool, I will have to personally let you in. I'm only 7 minutes by car, from Weslelyn University, and downtown Middletown, where they have a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from Also if you like to ski, I'm 20 minutes from Mt Southington & Powder Ridge. And, 30 min away from the shoreline. The guest room is away from the main living area, so its private. Its a small but cozy room, with a lot of natural light flowing in. The bed is comfortable and extra blankets are available. A tray of assorted snacks and bottles of water are given to each new guest as a Thank You. There is also a TV in the room. The full bathroom outside the guest room is equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience. Guests are welcome to the Complimentary Coffee Bar that is set up in the kitchen. Enjoy a cup of hot coffee and a breakfast snack. Guests are also welcome to purchase food, and use the kitchen to make your own meals. There is also a dining area that you can sit and enjoy your meal at. Since I live in the apartment you will be sharing the space with me. I am always available to answer any questions, either in person or by phone/text. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Its a great place to take a jog or walk around the area. I live very close to most restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and am only a 7 minute drive to Weslelyn University, 15 minutes to Hartford, and 25 minutes to New Haven.
