Ideally located 5 minutes from the Angers Exhibition Centre and 2 minutes from the Océane interchange to reach the A11 motorway, this 20 m2 accommodation is ideal for staying alone, as a couple or with family with 1 child (baby possible with loan of a baby cot). We wanted to create a gentle atmosphere with wood, rattan, gilding, marble and light shades to offer you a wonderful stay! The space Our house has been recently renovated, the accommodation has a separate entrance and brand new amenities. Fully open, it includes an equipped kitchen (microwave, induction stove, fridge), a separate toilet, a living area with TV and dining area. The sofa is convertible and can accommodate one adult or two children to maintain a minimum of comfort. The bedroom area consists of a 140 x 200 double bed and a shower room with walk-in shower. Sheets, pillows & duvet are provided for the double bed. For bookings of 3 people and more, we provide the necessary bedding (sheets, duvet and pillows) for the sofa bed A folding crib can be provided upon request. Towels are provided (one large, one medium and one washcloth per traveler). This accommodation is non-smoking. Guest access You can easily park on the Place de l'Église located opposite, or reach the accommodation by bus (line 32 of the Irigo network - 'Eglise de Pellouailles-les-Vignes' stop) This accommodation is close to the Parc Expo (5 minutes' drive) and Angers (10 minutes' drive). Several shops are within walking distance (Netto, bakery, pizza distributor) or by car (Super U, Lidl, Centrakor, butchers, bakeries, florist, etc. located about 2 km away) Other things to note Breakfast delivery service available.
