This absolute stunner is located in the modern neighborhood of Kalasatama, Helsinki next to the seashore. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows face towards the idyllic island of Mustikkamaa and downtown Helsinki. - Modern building, finished in 2017 - Private sauna - 2 bedrooms, accommodates four people (families can request 5th guest) - 6-minute metro ride to the city center - Located just 200 meters from the newly built REDI shopping centre - Restaurant, grocery & ATM in the same building The space The spacious living area with large windows creates a bright and open atmosphere. As the windows cover both east and south, you’ll be to enjoy the sun for the whole day. At night, the bridge lights up to create a breathtaking view. There is a large open-kitchen connected to the living area, fully equipped with all modern kitchen appliances, including an induction stove-top, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, water boiler, toaster, coffee maker, and kitchen essentials. The apartment features a 25 m2 glass balcony with a big sofa and some quilts. This is an excellent spot to enjoy the wonderful view with a cup of morning coffee. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second one has a two single beds. An extra foldable bed can be delivered upon request. The 2 sofas in the living room sleep 1 person each (by special requests only). There are two bathrooms in the house, the first one has a fairly large private sauna, a walk-in shower with a rainfall head, toilet, and a washer-/dryer machine. The second bathroom only has a toilet and a sink. A travel cot is available for 10€ per night, up to a maximum of 50€ per stay. High chairs can be rented for 5€ per night, up to a maximum of 20€ per stay. The area is also connected to the beautiful Mustikkamaa island, is a beautiful island located just off the coast of Kalasatama. It is a popular destination for both locals and tourists alike, offering stunning views of the surrounding archipelago and a wide range of outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, cycling, and swimming. The island also boasts a charming café and restaurant, making it the perfect place to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of the area. Whether you're exploring the modern urban delights of Kalasatama or seeking a peaceful escape to nature on Mustikkamaa, this vibrant neighborhood is truly a gem of Helsinki. There is also a public Sauna, that can be found a few hundred meters away called "Sompasauna". Connections from Kalasatama are easy and you can get to the city center in just 10 minutes by metro from REDI. Helsinki Convention Center is also a 10-minute drive away. Other things to note 1. Please let us know who you're travelling with and the purpose of your trip when making a reservation. Unfortunately, we can't accept reservation requests missing this information. 2. Please note that we do not accept guests without previous reviews for this specific apartment. You can find other alternative apartments in the nearby area through our profile. 3. Check-in is possible between anytime between 16:00–20:00. A late check-in can be facilitated up until 22:00 for an extra cost of 60 euros. 4. Please keep in mind that for environmental reasons, only one towel is provided for each guest. If you require extra towels, they must be requested 24 hours in advance at an additional cost of €10 per towel. 5. Please note that in Finland, the standard indoor temperature is set between 18-21°C, per official guidelines. Central heating is capped at 21°C to promote energy efficiency, and heating costs are shared across the building, meaning owners and tenants cannot adjust the system. Rapid temperature changes may cause brief delays in heating adjustment. This system is common in the Nordics and supports Finland's sustainable energy efforts. Thank you for your understanding!
