The space Our property has two independent houses, located next to each other, perfect for families or groups of 10 people who want to be together but with their own space. Both houses share access to a beautiful 100-meter-long private beach, offering ample space to relax and enjoy the surroundings without worries. Each house includes air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, a kitchenette with cooking utensils (stove, refrigerator, utensils, grill for roasts, coffee maker, blender, microwave, etc.) a private bathroom, 1 queen bed, a bunk bed for 3 people, a dining area, a rest area with hammocks and beach chairs, a kayak for riding on the lake, a dock and a beach. Within walking distance, you can visit the Tayasal Archaeological Park and the Mirador del Rey Canek, a safe site with stunning views and vestiges of the ancient Mayan civilization. From there, a charming wooden path will guide you to the Mundo Maya Regional Museum, where you can immerse yourself in the history and culture of this fascinating civilization. You can also visit the community of San Miguel, where you will find shops, restaurants and an authentic atmosphere to enjoy local life. If you want to explore more, just 7 minutes by boat you can reach the Mayan Mall and the charming Isla de Flores, where you will find La Torre supermarkets, more restaurants and other entertainment options. The boat is available to take you as many times as you wish. The main transfer is free, and additional trips come with an extra cost. Enjoy a unique experience where history, culture, and comfort meet in one place! Guest access You can get to our place in three ways: 1. By ferry crossing the lake with your vehicle in 10 minutes. 2. On our private boat, only 7 minutes from Flores (Free transfer!). 3. By car taking the road to San Miguel. Other things to note The Mayan Mall is a 7-minute boat ride from the accommodation. Here you will find supermarkets, the tower, ATM, telephone services, banks, Burger King, Pollo Campero, and other convenience centers. Tikal National Park is 70 km away by car from the accommodation. You can also visit Yaxhá, Uaxactún and other archaeological sites.
