Villa Papaz: spacious, unique, ocean view, swimming pool

Ideally located in Conil, on the edge of the wine valley, this spacious and welcoming house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people (or 10 if 4 grandchildren). It benefits from a beautiful César Manrique-style swimming pool and an unobstructed sea view. There is a supermarket 100 meters walk from the house for small errands, otherwise 4 min drive to Tias. You are 8 km from the airport (very easy access without the inconveniences), and 10 min drive to the sea. The space The house consists of 4 bedrooms - Bedroom 1 and 2 (Queen Size bed), Bedroom 3 (Two single beds) and Bedroom 4 (2 bunk beds). Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom (Bathtub, shower, 2 sinks, and toilet). There is a separate bathroom with a bathtub, shower, 1 sink and toilet. There is also an outdoor shower adjoining the pool. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine). The house also has an indoor patio that is nice to protect yourself from the wind and that naturally air-conditions the house in summer. The living room includes a TV, a comfortable sofa, and internet connection. There is also a washing machine and a large clothes rack in the garden. Guest access The house is located in Conil which is ideally located in the middle of the island. If you love cycling or hiking, you are also ideally located to start your walks. You can drive along the sea in 8 minutes. If you love sailing, Puerto Calero is a 5-minute drive away. For your shopping, there is a small convenience store 100 meters walk from the house. For a larger supermarket, you have to go to Tias (3-min drive). There are two parking spaces on the property but also additional spaces along the pathway. There are two restaurants in Conil that are within walking distance. You will find a plethora of restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Other things to note This house is ideal if you want to discover the island without being disturbed by the mass of tourists from Costa Teguise, Puerto del Carmen or Playa Blanca. The house also cleverly separates the bedroom area from the living room/Patio/terrace area allowing the party to continue without disturbing people who would like to go to sleep. It is a house where you feel good, where the practice of Yoga is ideal (we left our mats there), where reading is encouraged with the library of books, where young people can play Wii but also board games, and where at the end of the evening, you can enjoy a good jacuzzi to scrutinize the stars or sing around the brazier/barbecue.
