This listing is for two bedrooms and a private bathroom in our guest suite on the ground floor of our property. The private entrance is located in the back of the home through the private guest courtyard. The room has a detached bathroom in the hallway with two sinks. It is a tub/shower combination and shampoo, conditioner, soap, linens, robes and towels are provided. If you need more than two bedrooms, our entire guest suite is available through a seperate listing or you can inquire with host. Casa Del Moro sits on a 3 city block knoll and is located in a safe and beautiful area of Klamath Falls near the hospital and other entertainment and amenities. We offer free, convenient parking near the entrance of the rental suite. Some of our amenities include: our year round Saltwater pool heated throughout the winter to 104 degrees and 90-95 degrees in the summer; our waterfall jacuzzi; our cozy corner for relaxing, resting or reading which has an oscillating fan that provides lovely shade from the sun; our large Mongolian grill, a gas firepit and plently of private lounging space to enjoy the sun and pool. The guest suite has a ground level french door entrance and guests will be required to walk up shallow wide steps to the pool area. The private guest courtyard has a wood burning firepit (winter only), a picnic table with umbrella, Aderondack chairs and a bbq for grilling conveniently located near the entrance of the unit. Keypad entry code provided upon booking after cancellation period expires. Communication after confirming your booking should be through phone calls to the host or cohost. We cannot guarantee a timely response to texts or emails. This is a highly sought after neighborhood due to its location near the Sky Lakes Medical Center, Oregon Institute of Technology and Crater Lake. Within walking distance is Portland Street Market, Skyline Brewing Company known for its roof deck and live music and Bravada Brewhouse. The home owners in the neighborhood take pride in their yards and are typically families, retirees or business professionals. The home has safe free driveway parking. Very safe neighborhood and centrally located with public transportation nearby. Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT), Sky Lakes Medical Center (SLMC), Dutch Bros, Pacific Crest FCU, Washington Federal Bank, Pelican Cinemas, McDonald's, Burger King, Applebees, Taco Time, Abby's Pizza, Papa Murphy's Pizza, Pelican Cinemas, a gas station, Skyline Brewing Company and Bravadas Brewhouse are less than a 5 minute drive, 20 minute walk and 10 minute bike ride. The guest suite has a courtyard that is private to its tenants. The pool area is shared with the upper level tenants who are usually at work in the day and at sporting events at night. The area is quite large and the corner cabana is designated for the lower level tenants use. The enclosed veranda is designated for the upper level tenants use. We have never had any complaints about privacy and our tenants are always surprised by the privacy of the shared spaces.
