This is one of three units in a 1940s house. It is next door to a great coffee shop, and walking distance (2 blocks) to several restaurants and a couple of bars. Bathroom was remodeled this last summer. Room has original hardwood floors. Plenty of street parking, and a sweet little porch to sit on and enjoy the trains that sometimes pass through. There is a shared entry way to the three units that has a washer and dryer for sharing, please be repectful of quiet hours from 8:30 pm to 8:30 am. The space Shared entry/laundry. And front porch is shared space. Private bedroom with a big closet and a full sized bathroom. Kitchenette with a small fridge. microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and dishes. The only sink is in bathroom, but plenty of space for washing dishes filling pots, etc. Guest access Plenty of street parking, generally right in front of the gate entrance. Walking distance to downtown and several restaurants and wineries and a couple bars. Also there’s a small movie theater downtown to catch a movie most evenings.. During your stay I live out of state but have local help available if anything urgent comes up.
