Little Acorn private guest annexe near Oxford

Little Acorn is the annexe to Acorn Cottage, dating from 1650 beside 12thc Grade 1 church, own gate into churchyard, footpaths to farmland. Half mile from M40 and Ridgeway track. Buses to/from Oxford/London 24 hours. Fast wifi, flatscreen TV (via internet) large shower and patio with views. Tea/coffee/kettle and fridge. Parking on drive. Light sensors. No dogs, no smoking/vaping please, even in the garden! No shop in village!!! Two working cocker spaniels on site. The space There is a bedroom with a small amount of sitting space, 2 chairs, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, TV (via internet only) and a shower room with loo and basin. Shower instructions are etched onto chrome plate. This is a very peaceful spot, but the (small friendly) dogs may bark when you arrive. No visiting dogs permitted. No street lights. Auto sensor lights on drive. Sorry but no EV charging to domestic point. You may find it’s easiest to drive up forward onto drive. No smoking anywhere here. No village shop! Coop 2 miles away open until 10 pm. Breakfast is available at local hotel to non-residents (half a mile away) - walk in from 7.15-9.30 no booking needed. Excellent local pub for supper from 6pm no booking needed, 200 yards (not Sunday night or Monday). Guest access You can park on the drive - easiest facing forward. Self-checkin details on booking. The property is within walking distance of the Oxford Tube fast coach to Oxford and London, but otherwise a car needed. Other things to note No EV charging. No dogs.
