Cabin charm with all the amenities including wifi, tv, fireplace, dishwasher, washer/dryer and access to the pool and spa. This is the perfect place for a quiet getaway yet still close to all the fun that Shaver Lake has to offer! The space 2 Bd/2 Bath plus loft located in a gated mountain community. There are 11 stairs to the front door. Bedrooms and both bathrooms are located down 5 stairs from entrance level. Stacked washer dryer is located on entrance level. Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom and private small balcony. Living room and kitchen are located up 5 stairs from entrance level. Ladder provides access to the loft from the living room. The large balcony is located out the sliding glass doors in the living room. Windows provide natural light and beautiful views. Height of unit makes the space feel very private. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit except for the owners closet which is locked and located in the 2nd bedroom. A key fob will be available upon check-in which provides access to the front community gate and spa/pool area at the community clubhouse. Other things to note There are no camp fires, fire pits, fire tables or other open flames allowed within our complex. Some past reviews refer to a small fire table which had to be removed due to our HOA rules. When using the BBQ, please exercise caution and monitor closely to prevent flare-ups. Your cooperation in keeping the area safe is greatly appreciated! Additionally, we kindly ask that you do not leave food or trash bags outside the unit. Bears, raccoons, and other wildlife are drawn to trash and can create a mess. Please help us keep the area clean and safe for everyone! If you have any questions, please ask!
