No antigen test is required anymore for guests 18ys old above as long as you are fully vax. Kids are allowed and no need for antigen given that adult companions are fully vax. For individual not fully vax you need to present an antigen test result. It should be done in any doh accredited center. The space Our unit is 64sqm wide approx 7-8sqm balcony with outdoor tables & chairs where u can unwind , we are also fully equipped kitchen wares where as u can enjoy ur cooking & dining, we also have a built in WiFi and TV where u can enjoy to watch ur fave movies on netflix, Guest must sign in their own Netflix account, and sign out before check out. Please note that grilling is not allowed. We have a complete set of toiletries depends of how many Guest must sign in their own Netflix account, and sign out before check out persons will be staying. Guest access Condo Pool- free of use but during ( 2 hours maximum for peak season ONLY ) if normal days , there’s no maximum hours. So please kindly book / arrange your schedule to the condo pool attendant upon ur arrival, to avoid mis understanding later. Pool is open from 6am-9pm daily. Beach Club Access fee- corresponding guest fees will apply. Please do inquire before u confirm your booking. Other things to note Please note that beach club access rates during super peak season from (dec.24-jan.3), holy week and all saint’s day are the ff; 2,000 per head per day (pay directly at the beach club) Please note that we don’t allowed beach club access on your check out day during super peak season as this is to give way to next guest who will access the beach club. If you really want to access on your check out date, please inquire via Pm. Please note that you have to rent TOWELS on the beach club. It is 100 pesos each , otherwise you can bring your own towel. Locker Rent is 150 (optional).
