The space Enter through the bright, glass-ceilinged dining room, where a large farmhouse-style table invites you to gather. This space includes a 32" Samsung TV with a Now stick for your entertainment. From here, a few steps lead up to the fully equipped kitchen, ready for any adventurous cooks in your party. Kitchen Features: • Double oven and ceramic hob • Fridgefreezer • Microwave • Dishwasher (starter pods provided) • Washerdryer (starter pods provided) • A cosy wood burner (wood is not provided but can be purchased locally) The kitchen leads through to the inviting lounge, featuring a Sky Glass TV, a Blu-rayDVD player, and a Yamaha Bluetooth sound system for your enjoyment. Throughout the home, you'll find powerful Sky broadband and convenient USB sockets in every room. On the first floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with twin beds, which can be joined to create a super king bed upon request via your Boarding Pass (additional fee of £25 applies). This floor also has a family bathroom with a bath, mains shower, toilet, and towel radiator. The second floor hosts two more bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-sized bed, and a separate shower room with a toilet and basin. For Our Younger Guests: We provide a travel cot, high chair, and children's dinnerware to make your family stay easier. For those travelling with a dog: One well behaved dog is welcome, however please remember to adhere to our House Rules and note that a pet fee of £35 is payable via your Boarding Pass, once your booking has been confirmed. Safety & Security: Your safety is important to us. The property is equipped with: • Smoke alarms • A carbon monoxide alarm • A fire extinguisher • A first aid kit Guest access You will have the entire property to yourself for the duration of your stay. We offer a simple and convenient remote self check-in, so no direct contact is needed. We also have a small, lockable shed where you can securely store bikes. The access code is provided in your Boarding Pass. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, we require a contact email address and mobile number as part of our guest verification process. This allows us to contact you during your stay if necessary. To protect our home, we require a refundable £400 Good Housekeeping Bond to be placed as a hold on your card. Alternatively, you may opt for a non-refundable £40 Bond Waiver. Completing these steps is mandatory to receive your personalised Boarding Pass from Airbnb's partner, Enso Connect. This pass contains all your stay details, including directions, the latest key safe code, and local recommendations. We provide a starter pack of complimentary supplies, including teas, instant coffees, oil, salt, pepper, kitchen roll, cling film, foil, and a washing-up pack. These supplies should last for the first couple of days of your stay.
