1930's Renovated Store! - The Store Front

This historic brick store was built back in the 1930s, nestled on 26th Street (near historic 25th Street). It has a history of being a boutique, a hardware store, and a beloved toy shop but has now been renovated into a modern, yet original living space. The original brick and beams have been preserved in order to keep its historic charm but it has also been updated enough to provide a modern and cozy stay. Big, frosted windows provide photo studio lighting -- making for the perfect photoshoot! The space This little space used to be a store, so keep in mind it does sit just off the sidewalk. My husband and I lived there for a few years and worked hard to make sure everything feels private and distant. We loved this space! The preservation of the original brick and beams was one of our major goals during renovation. This little space provides a lot of lounging options --from a hammock, hanging chairs, basket swing, and cozy couch to our reclining chairs, we truly provide every possible option for a unique and cozy stay.
