Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space Modern, spacious, and comfortable and clean house on Village on the Green, on Sugarloaf Mountain. The house was built in 2017 and has all the modern amenities. The back yard abuts the second fairway of the spectacularly beautiful Sugarloaf Golf Club. A free shuttle stops directly across the front of the house and is a short two minute drive to the base lodge of Sugarloaf mountain resort. A short 5 minute drive to the world class Sugarloaf outdoors center where there are extensive groomed Nordic ski trails. Snow shoeing and ice skating and fat tire biking also popular from the outdoors center. In the spring, summer, and fall the mountain biking trails are very popular. Probably the best single track network of trails in the state and there's the very nearby Narrow Gauge trail that is great for walking, jogging or riding bikes. A well maintained tennis court is available for use for free a short quarter mile from the house. There are many opportunities to hike and fall foliage is spectacular. My favorite hike is the Bigelow Mountain range which can be seen from the master bedroom window. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full-size bathrooms. There's a large open family room with adjacent kitchen and dining area. An additional comfortable family room is present in the basement. I've provided plenty of photos on this site to potential guests to get a clear picture of the house. An outdoor fire pit, grill, and picnic table are available in the appropriate seasons. Guest access Plenty of parking in the driveway. Accommodates 3 vehicles without difficulty. The house has a one car garage but that is not part of the rental. A free shuttle runs in the winter to the sugarloaf mountain resort lodge. You can pick it up directly in front of the house. It's a 2 minute drive to the base lodge.
