Located 20 minutes drive north from Nelson city, a unique converted container studio unit sits on a rural 5 acre property beside the main house. It has it's own entrance off our shared driveway. Handy to Happy Valley Adventure Park and stunning Cable Bay - a 15 minute drive down the valley. The space Valley Views studio unit is set on a rural lifestyle property, elevated on a hill. This is a unique space, originally created from a converted shipping container - well insulated and double glazed. You'll have your own space with great views looking straight down the valley. Open plan setup with double bed, toilet and shower, fridge and wardrobe. Ask Google to play some tunes as the room has a Google nest device. Guest access We are elevated on a hill property accessed via a gravel driveway. Plenty of off street parking. Other things to note There's an awesome river swimming spot just down the drive - within walking distance from the studio.
